Booking Terms and Conditions
1. General
By making a reservation and/or staying at the hotel, guests agree to these terms and conditions and undertake to comply with the hotel's house rules throughout their stay. The hotel operates as a digitally managed accommodation with limited on-site staff, meaning that services and supervision are adapted accordingly.
2. Check-In and Identification
Check-in is completed digitally in accordance with the hotel's instructions. Guests are responsible for providing accurate information when booking and checking in, as well as following the instructions sent before arrival. The hotel may request valid identification before or during the stay.
3. Non-Smoking Hotel
The entire hotel is non-smoking, including guest rooms, corridors, the entrance, stairwells, and all other shared indoor areas. Smoking, vaping, and similar activities are prohibited anywhere indoors. Violations may result in an additional fee for extra cleaning and remediation.
4. Outdoor Shoes Must Not Be Worn Indoors
For hygiene and comfort reasons, guests must remove their outdoor shoes at the entrance and carry them to their rooms. Outdoor shoes must not be worn inside the hotel or in any other indoor areas. Upon departure, guests must put their shoes back on at the entrance.
5. Housekeeping and Towels
For longer stays, housekeeping is normally provided once a week or at check-out. Towels are generally not changed more frequently than once a week. This is part of the hotel's environmental efforts and resource-efficient operating model.
Additional cleaning may be requested, subject to availability and an extra fee, if this service is offered by the hotel.
6. No Food Service
The hotel does not provide food service, breakfast, or other meal services unless explicitly stated otherwise. Guests are responsible for arranging their own meals and for following any instructions regarding food storage or consumption in their rooms.
7. Conduct, Consideration, and Responsibility
Guests must show consideration for other guests and the hotel's property and avoid excessive noise, damage, or any other improper use of guest rooms or shared areas.
Guests are responsible for leaving their rooms and the hotel's facilities in good condition. The hotel may charge guests for damage, missing items, additional cleaning, or remediation caused by the guest or their visitors.
8. Visitors
Visitors are permitted only if they comply with the hotel's rules and any applicable time restrictions. Guests are responsible for ensuring that their visitors follow the hotel's house rules and that unauthorised persons are not allowed into the hotel premises.
9. Quiet Hours and Disturbances
Guests must show particular consideration during the evening and night. Loud activities, disruptive music, or any other behaviour that may affect the comfort of other guests is not permitted.
10. Breaches of the Rules
If a guest fails to comply with these terms and conditions, the hotel may, depending on the nature of the violation, impose additional fees, seek compensation for actual damages, or, in serious cases, terminate the guest's stay.
Any applicable fees must be clearly stated and proportionate.
